The seller

Ritual web products are sold by Eden HQ LLC. Purchase and access questions can be sent to hello@poweredbyeden.com. The seller's postal address must be completed before launch.

Your purchase

The product page and checkout identify the digital product, its contents, and its price in United States dollars. An optional add-on is charged only when selected at checkout. Review the final total before paying. No recurring subscription is created by a one-time Ritual web purchase.

Purchases are currently offered to buyers in the United States. A billing address is requested at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout page.

Delivery and access

After payment is verified, the purchased web product is added to the buyer's library. An access link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Keep that address accurate and accessible. Sign-in links are personal and expire; a fresh link can be requested from My Products.

Purchased web products have lifetime access, subject to this policy and any refund or access action described below. A day-by-day product opens one day at a time after the first start, using the time zone selected by the buyer. Completed days remain recorded across signed-in devices.

Downloads and lessons are for personal use. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid materials or access links.

Web products and the app

A web purchase provides the web product described at checkout. It does not unlock an iPhone app purchase or app subscription. Any separately offered app access must be described explicitly before payment.

Community

Where community access is included, a buyer must verify an email address and hold active access to an eligible product. Messages are visible to other eligible members and moderators. Share only information intended for that audience. Harassment, threats, spam, and sharing another person's private information are not allowed. Members can report messages and remove their own messages; moderators can hide messages.

Refunds and access changes

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@poweredbyeden.com. The separate Refunds policy describes the process. A full refund ends access provided by that purchase. A partial refund leaves access in place. Access may also end following a lost payment dispute or an authorized support action.

Personal use and support

Ritual materials provide general educational guidance. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and stop an activity that feels unsuitable. No particular outcome is promised.

For delivery problems, inaccessible materials, or questions about these terms, contact hello@poweredbyeden.com with the purchase email and product name. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain in place.

Changes

The accepted version of the terms is recorded with the purchase. Material changes to future offers are presented before a new purchase. This draft still requires the seller's approval before publication.
